English Language & Irish Culture will help you boost your English reading, writing, and speaking skills while getting to know and experiencing a new culture. The course blends content-driven lessons to master communication skills with an in-depth examination of their country’s culture and traditions.
During the course, participants explore key aspects of life in Ireland through presentations, tasks, research, songs, and interaction with local people and the unique culture of the West of Ireland.
Course Content
- Participate in engaging Language classes to develop grammatical knowledge and build vocabulary.
- Enjoy task or project-based learning using Irish Cultural topics to develop English language communication skills.
- Gain an understanding of Irish culture, traditions and contemporary life in Ireland and explore aspects of the culture that interest you.
- Deepen your knowledge & understanding of this topic with a view to presenting to or teaching others.
