Our course, Mindfulness for Educators provides participants with a basic foundation in mindfulness practice as applied to education. Scientists believe mindfulness improves well-being and promotes critical thinking, performance, creativity, and empathy. We can then utilise these invaluable life skills in our professional lives and interactions with students and colleagues.
